Tap at the taproom. Lovely and dry, assertive hoppiness, nice and bitter. Bit of fruitiness, citrus. Definitely veering towards ipa taste. Earthy. Good stuff. Nice biscuity malt in the aroma.

On tap at Molto as Y Market Deep Hop Lager, 6.8% a clear deep gold with a solid creamy looking head of foam. Bready malts & fruity hops in the nose make for an enticing beer. A nice light body with a satisfying mouthfeel. The taste is chewy light malts, a bit of earthy pine, some lemon and a crisp green bitter finish. A refreshingly hoppy lager.

2 pints at Tadg’s. Grassy hops and bready malts in the nose. Cloudy golden color. Bit of sweet biscuit malt at the start, goes to a huge hop rush, grass, pepper, hay, and a huge long lasting bitterness. Crisp and effervescent. Clean lager finish. Excellent stuff.
