This variation of our Imperial Stout combines a portion of the year-round version combined with a portion that went through a lengthy aging process in freshly used tequila barrels. The blend is then combined with Dominican Republic cocoa nibs and cocoa powder, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans, Ceylon cinnamon, and blend of Mexican coffees. The result is a luscious, complex brew with notes of vanilla, oak, cocoa, and caramel.

From bottle @ Hop Om Hop Off '25 (Addicted2Craftbeer) . Pours a black body and a small brownish head with little retention. Aroma's: umami, roasty, light cinnamon. Retronasal it's sweetish, light cinnamon, light pepper. Flavour is moderate sweet, a bit roasty bitter, light alcohol. Above medium bodied. Roasty, chocolatey finish.

Bottle @ Cafe Albert. Pours black with a brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate, spice, light vanilla. Flavor is light sweet, mild spiced, roast malt, coffee, dark chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, light tequila. Medium body, average carbonation, light sweet mild spiced finish. Nicely balanced. 091124

Bottle at home. Pours black, nose is chocolate, dusty toffee, coconut, coffee, tequila, taste is similar, dry, a little oxidised.

On tap at DRBT 10. Pours a dark brown with medium tan head that lasts. The aroma is strong spice, cocoa, vanilla, roast, dark fruit. Slick body, cocoa, roasted malt, raisin, cinnamon, boozy finish, very nice.

Draft at Rutland arms and 13%. Black with a medium tan head. Aroma is big coffee and chocolate maybe too much cinnamon for me. The tequila gives a slight taste like burnt cheese. Sweet taste with bitter chocolate. Slightly grainy and powdery body.

Tap pitch black colour with small off beige head.Aroma is nice warming with flavour of tequila and park smooth and nice warming mouth feels hint of earth and barrel aswell nice beer.

Bottle @ Dolle’s and Hallinghansens Nations League Share, 2020. Pours Black with a creamy beige head and lacings. Roast, sweet chocolate and peppers. Super smooth and full bodied. Dry finish
