Our original hard cider is hand-pressed and is distinctly reminiscent of its UK predecessors; refreshing medium body and not too dry with a crisp apple finish.

24oz can courtesy of Frank. It pours with a crystal clear gold body that can tease up a brief off white set of bubbles. The aroma offers up the expected sweet apple notes that has some sugar sweetness as well as a grape like white wine note. The taste is similar with residual sugar that is sort of brown sugar and caramel as well as sweet apples. Like the nose there seems to be a sort of estery maybe white wine quality about this off in the background.

Had a big can of this in the States and not why most reviews are not bad. The one I had was not good at all. Golden colour and highly carbonated. Started decent with apple juice smell, but then, a light chemical appeared. Sweet tasting with apples notes. Very light sourness in the aftertaste. Actually, not liking the aftertaste. Not really good overall, too sweet and almost fake. Also written, "less than 1% natural flavors"... WTF !??!

bottle - Pours gold with some fine bubbles and no head. It smells of ripe apples and has a rich, sweet apple flavor. It’s refreshing and straightforward.

From a green bottle. No visible carbonation and it looks like a pale lager. Very good clean flavor. Friendly crisp carbonation. Nice overall session. Not too sweet and it does have some of that old country cider feel to it. Even has a tad of that waxy feel to it that is prevalent in ice ciders. Quite good. Lovely brew, would liek to try another.

24oz can. Some like it rough. "Less then 1% natural flavors, caramel color..." Clear, golden, pale bronze color. Smells of maple, mineral water, white grape juice, & concentrated apple butter(tart & caramelized). Just a bit of ticklish zest/acidity. Candle-like phoniness, but just gentle enough to not make me nauseous. Tastes of hard water, apple cores, toffee, ethanol, two scoops of table sugar, grape juice, yeast, & ugly sulfites. Oxidation. Not much bite to it. Similar makeup to Woodchuck, if you want something to compare it to. Greasy feel; mildly carbonated; inconvenient size. 6%abv. Hangover material.
