Keyaki. That earthy thing again, pine and resin hoppiness. Taste is earthy and dry. Good bitterness, spiky maltiness. Good stuff.

This one is back in a new batch for 2016 as well. Tap at DC Hama. Earthy nose with some grass, pine and light pineapple. Taste is fairly dry and bitter on the palate. Body seems a little thin, but very quaffable. Dry, bitter earthy finish. Some minerals in there as well. On tap at Ibaraki Bakuon.an opaque honey gold with a white filmy head and a biscuit + tropical fruit aroma. The Bert’s medium body and smooth mouthfeel gives it a real satisfying goku goku quality. The taste is bitter pine, tropical fruits and chewy biscuit - delicious. I find it to be my kind of IPA - balanced fruitiness & bitterness rather than a hop bomb. Good stuff.

Tap at Tadg’s. Cloudy orange color with lace. Biscuity, malty nose with tropical fruits and grass. Sweet and very biscuity, with oranges and a bit of tropical fruit. Amarillo all the way. Rich. Nice, but seems a bit too young.
