Temptress is seduction in a glass. This imperial milk stout pours with a thick, milk chocolate head, opens with sweet caramel aromas and a warm complexity that grows deeper with every sip. We love it, and the fans agree. Temptress is the #1 craft stout brewed in Texas.

Tulip at City Tavern. Aroma is lactose and mild chocolate. Black with brown highlights and minimal cola head. Smooth milk hides the alcohol. Finished very dry. Moderate roast and bitter.

Keg at Ginger Man, Plano. Black, rich creamy head. Chocolaty nose with vanilla and caramel. Very sweet with full body and rounded, sticky mouthfeel. Cream and milk chocolate with caramel and treacle. Warming finish. A very sweet and voluptious, Texan size, temptress.

Tasted at Midland On Tap from a 12oz. bottle. It was served a inky black body and yielded no head to speak of. I smelled molasses and tasted dark toast, dark chocolate and a sweet finish, a fruity brown sugar. Carries through with a slight bitterness. Best I had today.

Bottle from blutt59, thanks for the opportunity! Solid black color with a frothy bubbly tan head that persists. Big sweet milk chocolate with an almost burnt caramel thing going on like creme brulee or something. Light creamed coffee and a touch of warming alcohol. Pretty tasty sweet stout. May 2019 Bottle from Tavour. Inky black in color with a small but long lasting off white head. Licorice and caramel with bits of roast and dark fruit. Sweet fruity vanilla and lactose cuts through the roast quickly. Nice Sweet Stout.

Bottle share at Steve’s. Mild for a RIS, but super tasty. Slick and slippery, mild smoky and savory notes, cinnamon, nutmeg and anise. Highly enjoyable.

12 oz goblet draft at The City Tavern in Dallas, Texas. The pour is a dark brown black, opaque with a well formed one inch khaki head. The aroma is big roast, sweet caramel, dark chocolate and finishes with evident alcohol. The taste is strong roasted malt, caramel vanilla milk sweetness, licorice, and closes out with an integrated alcohol to the finish. The palate is medium to heavy bodies with soft natural carbonation and the roast alcohol sweetish finish. Solid.

12 ounce bottle courtesy of Secret Santa. Thanks! Black, large foamy brown head, good retention. Aroma of, well, a blast of lactose, some roast, dark chocolate. The taste is chocolate, vanilla, lactose, sugared fruits. Medium bodied, low carbonation, mild lingering bitterness. Odd, weird, disjointed and all over the place, but, hell, it works.
