Bottle from Sunkus, drunk at Haneda airport. A dark golden pour - how is this brown???A big light malt aroma that is grainy, rough & sweet + earthy. The taste is green, light malts, a slight cocoa but very weak for a brown ale malt wise. Fail. The taste is mostly grassy light malts, that brewer must be out of his mind to call this a brown. Not bad just the beer is average and the taste doesn’t match the name. Drunk from the bottle.

Bottle. Mine4ally hop, caramel, some chocolate in the nose, with a bit of grass. Amber-orange color, low tight head. Ok malt flavor, rich bit not interesting, minerals, some citrus, not really doing much in any way, though inoffensive. Other Grand Kirins have been better.
