Clear, dark copper pour, with a large off white head. The aroma is loaded with sticky, resinous pine notes. Some candied, slightly citrusy zest. Light lemon, and grapefruit. Some sweet, and malty cereals, hints of nuts and some bread. Viscous mouthfeel, good carb.. Medium to high mouth feel, more resinous pine, slightly soapy, but we’ll balance with some, semi sweet bready malts. Alcohol is well hidden, a well balanced old school dipa.

On tap. Pours a hazy copper with a medium, long lasting, off-white head that laces nicely. Sweet, fruity aroma of tropical fruit, peach, orange, floral and caramel malt. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, peach, tropical fruit, orange peel and alcohol with a dry, bitter, hop resin finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Delicious.

Tap at Watering Hole. Huge peach and citrus forward nose. The peach is strong in this one, with a touch of melon as well. Well-balanced with just enough malt character to keep it together and let the hops shine. Finish is bitter but with more peach. Very nice.
