On tap at Yellow Ape Craft. Minoh’s Anniversary beer is a 9.5% cider that pours a deep gold. Rich sweet fruits with just a bit of tartness in the aroma. Kind of light bodied verging on watery. The taste is light sweet a bit woodsy/earthy. Pretty good but simple and the body is kind of light. Not bad for a first attempt at a cider. As it warmed up the malts came forward but it was still a pretty average cider.

Draught at Marciero. Fruity apples and malt flavor, some caramel, seems like some hops as well. Rather strong. Simple but decent.
