medium bitterness, low carbonation, cereal malts and hop notes. Super light and refreshing. Not overly complex but fantastic beer

Can and draught in Niigata city. Golden color with a high, fine head. High carbonation. Bready, malty nose, biscuits, light hops. Very helles like, at least from the can. Sweet, soft malts, biscuits, some honey. soft lemon and grass. Creamy and smooth. From the can it was surprisingly good, less impressive on tap, probably because it was too cold and too gassy.
