Had this at the tasting room at A Factory. Very pale, fizzy, very sweet, dominated by sugars. You’d hardly know there was apple in it.

200 ml bottle from Le Collier. Sweet, fruity nose, a bit buttery and very ripe, apples. Very pale gold, bubbly, lace. Sweet apple flavor, can cider have diacetyl? Seems buttery. Sweet and somewhat simple, though not bad. Manages to be reasonably crisp and refreshing for a sweet cider. Good for a Japanese cider, and I am getting excited about the other two.
