Taster at the source. Pours cloudy amber with a fine foam. Aroma is banana and a stronger clover than usual, herbal. Body is medium, typically sweet, with a soft but matching carbonation. Again more on the herbal side for a Hefeweizen, without losing the banana though. Rather sweet palate. Rather lighter than other Hefeweizen despite not being weaker by ABV. Good.

Bottle from a small supermarket in central Frankfurt. Pours a hazy orange amber with a short lasting frothy white head. Aroma of wheat, honey, citrus, and grass. Toward heavy sweetness, light bitterness and a touch of sour. Body is quite light, slight oily texture, average combination. Finish is sweet.

Draft at the source. Hazy yellow color, white head. Big banana and grapefruit aroma. Taste is huge banana bubblegum. Tasty if you like those sorts of esters.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Lior D’s place. Thanks Vova. Cloudy golden. Aroma of fruity esters, yeast, bread, a bit of spiciness. Sweetish flavor with yeast, banana, bread, light spiciness. Light to medium-bodied. A decent Weissbier.

[ As Lemke Weizen ].Unclear - hazy medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana, clove, weizen yeast, mustard. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, clove, banana, fruity yeast - weizen yeast. Bottled. Hazy orange colour, mediumsized white creamy head. Aroma is banana, some wheat, mild spices as well as some grainy malts to it. Flavour is banana, some grainy malts, spices, wheat and mild citrus. Surprisingly mouthdrying for a Hefeweizen, but the palate helps to make you want more.
