Glimmerglass - The name given to our lake by James Fenimore Cooper - is a beautiful body. Nested between gentle mountains, it reflects any object held up to it, just as it reflects our joy at the arrival of each spring. To help celebrate, pour new spring saison offers a perfect balance of maltiness and hops, with a touch of yeasty fruitiness and a whiff of pepper.

On draft at Trio in Kill Devil Hills NC. Pours a hazy gold with a thick white head. Aroma of bubblegum and banana. Flavors of clove and coriander. Medium bodied. Moderate carbonation. Smooth, creamy finish.

Draft. Musty banana/light tomato malt and hay aroma. Hazy pale yellow with large head. Sweet orange-banana, clove, and wheat malt flavor. Excellent - really enjoyed the Hefeweizen characteristics in this.
