Bottle from Yamaichi. Pretty reddish brown with a tall, airy head. Nicely hopped nose, lots of citrus, light pine. Very similar to the ale. Fruity, caramel flavor, oranges, pine, chocolate. Slightly cleaner and less fruity than the ale. Would like to go side by side. Not hugely different, I think, but a nice contrast. Very nice stuff.
