Tap at Keyaki. Very Roasty, coffee, bitterness, quite slick, faded quite a bit later, bit nice enough at the start.

Bottle Shared by KyotoLefty at the Kyoto Beer Festa. A nice dark black pour, a good roasty aroma. Nice medium body. Really good roasty coffee flavor quite nice but not something that stands out from the pack.

Bottle mail ordered from the brewery. Roasty malt aroma, coffee, dark chocolate. Pitch black with a tall, tan, milkshake head. Roasty black malts, coffee and chocolate, nicely burnt, almost balancing the sweetness. Tasty, well done, though not exceptional. A bit thin in body. Better than expected, though.
