When I was 12 I dreamed of becoming a pastry chef. Call this a creative outlet.
Thick, rich and excessively decadent, this beer aims to bring back childhood memories. Brewed with aromas.

Bottle. Thanks Tim (I think). Amazing aroma, creamy, nuts, pastry, brown sugar. Taste is great, rich, sweet, nutty, chocolate, creamy. Fantastic! Really great. Bit dangerous maybe.

Bottle. Almost black. Pasta choca and hazelnuts in the abundant, yet a bit chemical aroma. Thick. Malty sweet roasty flavor with coffee, dark chocolate and hazelnut paste. A bit too rich and sweet to be enjoyable.

Tap at Unorthodox. Very rich, very intense. Loads of chocolate, maple, cocoa, nuts, caramel, light coffee, but mostly very intense and complex soft roast. Full body, rather low carbonation. Excellent. Abv hidden well. Great beer.

Bottle shared @Luppolo Station (Rome). Nera, densa, impenetrabile, schiuma color cappuccino, media e persistente.
