Tap at the Watering Hole. Amber colour, clear, golden small head. Aroma is citrus, Belgian yeasty, lots of grain, wheat. Taste similar, citrus, lemon at the front, lightly tropical, Lots of malt, almost British style, graininess, wheat. Lots of taste for small %. Second time, much nicer, bags of taste, lots of grain, but more fruity this time. Interesting fruits too, but creamy too. Great stuff.

Light dry estry, moderately fruity. With more funk it could go into Saison territory. Very authentic Belgian except for the 3.8% abv. Dry finish. Fantastic summer beer.

Draught at Tadg’s. Bright golden, cloudy. Spicy yeast nose, slightly pissy, tart hops, light funk. Nice lemony, bready flavor, dry finish, solid hopping but not huge. Very bready without sweetness, and amazing body for the abv. Can it really be that low? Drinks amazingly.

On tap at Tadg’s for KyotoLefty’s book launch event. A fairly clear gold with a decent aroma. The taste is clean, bitter & surprisingly tasty for a low ABV beer. A thoroughly enjoyable beer.
