Malty, coffee, light. Actually not bad at all.

Can. Black with a light tan head. Aroma of mild roast and sweetened black coffee. So it tastes. No real finish. It really needed a little bitterness at the end but I guess it's supposed to be bland. Sound but dull.

Draft at Sapporo Bier Garten, Sapporo, Japan. Pours black with limited but persistent light yellow foam. Aroma is light of coffee and licorice stick. Body is kind of light with good carbonation. Taste is moderately sweet, with medium bitterness. Finish is kind of short too.
Tastes like all the other black beers

Light brown head. Dark brown color. Not much nose but the mouth has a nice sweet maltiness with good amount of roastiness. I detected some dark fruit and caramel notes. Modest acidity below the sweetness. Very approachable.

Bottled 334ml. -Almost black coloured, small to medium sized brownish head, mild coffee in the nose. Light roasted malt, mild chocolate and coffee, some dusty toffee and rather sweet finish. Also mild roastiness in the finish. Bit too sweet but ok.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is kind of sour-ish boozy, weeds, grass, minerals, alcohol, dark malts, ripe banana, butterscotch, bubblegum. Taste is slightly dry malty, dark malts, weeds, butterscotch, paper, grass, dark sugar, licorice. Little bitterness, watery mouthfeel. Meh!

Can from Yamaya, Hitachinaka, Ibaraki, Japan. A black coloured pour with a thin beige head on top. Roasty, malty, chocolate aroma. Tastes similar, roasty, malty, chocolate, soy sauce. Pleasant.
