Draught at Beer Belly Tosabori. Said to be an ale brewed with only pilsner malt and Cascade hops, but with purple sweet potato added for color. Pretty red-crimson color with a nice, fine, white head. Nice lemony nose, Sprite, light malts. Rich bready malt flavor, lemon, and just a touch of sweet potato. Not obtrusive at all. Good bitter finish. Very refreshing. Like a hoppy golden ale with red coloring. Good stuff. A bit gimmicky, but solid.
