Bottle at home in London. Pours mostly clear gold, lightly effervescent, with a strong, frothy white foam head. Beautiful aroma, some lightly toasted sugars, juicy orange, grapefruit, pear. Light to medium sweet flavor, some semi-dry berries, rich and somewhat bitter citrus fruits, mild honey and caramel, some dry wood, dry grassy bitterness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Dry, faintly resinous finish, dry orange, lemon rind, lightly toasted pale malts. Typically great Kernel APA.
