Tap at Devil Craft. Amber colour, thin golden head. Aroma resinous hops, quite full on, some small citrus and grass elements too. Bit of spiky malt. Taste is initially hoppy, cat pee sharp, bit of malt there in the background too. Quite spiky. Tastes like a DIPA, more boozy than it is (was listed as 5%). Maybe I don't like galaxy hops,or maybe it's the cold but not that interesting for me. Not bad, but just not that interesting. Rerate Dec 15. Much nicer than i said before. Has it changed or have I? Initial big burst of grassy bitterness. Further sips mellow into some caramel, pineapple, light tropical fruit. Nice. Still something a bit skunky. Nice though.

Tap at Matilda. Orangish amber with a 2 finger head that dissipates fairly quickly. Orange aromas with some very subtle grapefruit and berry. Medium to heavy body with a slightly oily mouthfeel. On tap at Tadg’s. Wow, two days in a row I get great Japanese IPAs. It poured an amber gold with a decent head. A nice fruity, peppery & spicy aroma. The taste was great, fruit, spice, some mild pine notes and a sweet malt base at the end. My kind of IPA, not so bitter but nicely complex. ---2nd time at Tadg’s again--- 7% a fruity spicy nose on a clear amber body. Smooth medium bodied with a tasty fruity spicy flavor. Very nice. I’ll have to give brewing with galaxy hops a shot.

creamy corn asparagus, pale malt, caramel malt. Med body. Fairly hoppy but not all that interesting.

Draught at Tadg’s. Pretty red amber, lovely tight head. Somewhat faint nose, metal, orange, some tropical fruits, bread. Sweet and fruity flavor, rather tropical, grape, butter, full body.
