Draught at the Keyaki Hiroba Autumn Festival 2012. A Belgian Wit with Yuzu, Hassaku, and coriander. Cloudy golden-peach color with lace. Nose of coriander, citrus, wheat. Wit-like, rather cakey. Sweet, creamy flavor, coriander, nice citrus ele,ment. Rich and big smooth palate. Nice sour edge. Good citrus wit.
