Tap at the brewery. Light amber colour, small off-white head. Total rebate from last time as it is so different. Aroma is caramel, malty, light hoppiness. Taste is good, pretty sweet, lots of malt, something interesting, maybe floral. Pretty good I think.

Tap @ Oedo beer festival, Shinagawa Intercity (as Aki Agari). Pours amber, some white foam on top. Malty nose, light bitterness. Tastes malty, sweetish-malty, linger has some herbs.Overall still mainly sweetish and malty. Not bad but just simple, brewed well into the style I think.

Tap at Craft Beer Picnic 2017 as Chateau kamiya Aki Agari

Amber red-brown in color with a medium raspy body. A bready somewhat smoky aroma. The taste is biscuity and nutty but balanced. I'd say it is a Vienna lager or maybe an Oktoberfest type. Quite good.

Keyaki fall 2016. Really nice malt character, good caramel and toasted biscuit character. Easy drinking with a light bitterness on the finish. Really solid. Keyaki Fall 2015. Clear copper with a smallish off-white head. Good malty aromas with some light caramel and currant. Nice carbonation and medium body. Easy to drink, but pretty straightforward for the style.

Draught at the Ji-Beer Festa in Hiroshima, 2012. Deep gold, tinge of amber. Nice head. Malty aroma, lightly hopped. Nicely balanced flavor, rich malts, earthy hops. Good bitterness. Well done but not really surprising.

It was odd that they have an Ocktoberfest and a Marzen. The Ocktoberfest was clearly a seasonal, this one I am not so sure. I found this clear deep amber brew was similar to the Ocktoberfest, but better malty flavors and the finish was not so dry. Went excellent with caramelized onions!
