Draught at the Ji-Beer Festa in Hiroshima, 2012. Cloudy yellow, big head. Big fruity, estery nose, not necessarily of persimmons though. Honey. Flavor is sweet in the middle and fruity, then dry. Peach, apricot. Not too sweet, honey. Ok. Persimmon could come out more.
