Collaboration with Benelux. This experimental style just shy of a wheat wine is baed on the Belgian-inspired Wit pumped up with all things "huit!" The use of "8" abounds with New Zealand Nelson Sauvin and German Saphire hops added at 8 bitterness units (BU) each at the 88th minute of the kettle boil, with a second dose at the 44th minute. Spiced with Curacao orange peel and coriander.

Draught at Farm House Tap and Grill. Gold with amber-orange tint, lace. Wheat nose—bread, biscuit, grass. Flavor is sweet cake, creamy wheat, cloves, banana, solid bitterness works with alcohol to balance. A nice, strong wit.
