16 oz. can. Pours a clear, dull yellow, with a big, bubbly, off-white head. The aroma is straw, lemon peel, strong ginger, pine, and pear. Sweet and grainy, with a light bitterness. Light to medium body, with a sharp, crisp mouthfeel. This is a nicely done, lightly spicy, and tasty saison.

On tap. Pours with a huge, foamy mousse of head with tight bubbles over a murky gold body. Great retention and lacing. Aromas are huge. Big time candied and pickled ginger, slightly sweet, lemongrass, tropical, lemon, perfume, suntan lotion, estery. Flavors have a touch of salinity, ginger, lightly vegital, soap. A bit hot. Juicy, lemony, estery. Lemon custard. Medium grainy flavor, light phenols. Lively carbonation, creamy and dry.
