Clear golden with a white head. Lovely spice and floral aroma. Medium bodied. Starts fresh bright fruit, spicy yeast, light biscuit malt, and crisp hops. Finish is crisp and spicy. A very nice tripel.

Bomber. A very peachy yeast flavor but accompanied by strong fusel alcohol and sweetness. Doable for me but still sweet.

Golden amber color. Bready fruity marmalade nose with very american take on a Belgian triple but I do appreciate its uniqueness. Full body and boozy. For an American triple it is pretty good, but not my favorite.

On Tap at the Poulsbo tasting room Light bright golden yellow Lasing white soapy head. Lots of sweet light maltiness. Terrific Belgian yeast character. Some bitter papery notes at the end.

22 ounce bottle into chalice, no bottle dating. Pours fairly crystal clear golden orange color with a 1-2 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with some light streaming carbonation. Aromas of apricot, apple, pear, banana, grape, honey, candi sugar, bubblegum, clove, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy esters with a good amount of malt presence. Taste of apple, pear, apricot, banana, grape, honey, candi sugar, bubblegum, clove, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Lingering notes of light fruits, banana, honey, candi sugar, bubblegum, clove, and earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice balance and complexity of fruity/spicy ester flavors; with a good amount of malt balance and no cloying sweetness after the finish. A little too malty for my preferences, but it is still quite balanced. Medium carbonation and medium-full bodied; with a creamy and slick mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is well hidden with only a small warming noticed after the finish. Overall this is a very nice Tripel style. Very nice balance and complexity of fruity/spicy esters with moderate malt balance; and quite smooth to sip on for the ABV level. A very enjoyable offering.

Sample at GABF 10/11/2012, thanks to Bluemeow76 for assistance with note-taking. This beer is a hazy straw-orange color with a thin white head and spotty lacing. Aroma of yeast, fruit and malt. Medium to full body with flavors of earthy yeast, bananas and malt. The finish is short and sweet with a yeast and spice aftertaste. Decent overall.

Draft - Sweet fruits like passion fruit and pineapple, along with some yeast. Cloudy orange with a thin head. Thick on the palate. Alcohol and yeast with the fruit and a back of the palate bitterness, just doesn’t work that well for me as a Tripel.

Bottled at RBSG 2012. Bright orange with lace. Estery nose, peach, melon, a bit of spice. Fruity and honey sweet with melon and a soft, oily body.
