Keg at Harajuku taproom. Orange coloured with small white bubbly head. Aroma is tropical fruit as expected, bit of grapefruit and bit of pine hops. Grainy too, and with some sweetness. Taste is bitter and fruity, again a little sweetness. Nice bitter finish. Touch of sour cream in there too. Decent NS beer.

Draught at Bashamichi. Grass and citrus nose, nice, not the catpiss that comes when this hop is handled badly. More like a fruit sherbery, grapefruit and grass. Tasty beer with a nice sweetness and a bit hoppy flavor. Smooth and full. Good.

Potent and heady. Nothing like sav blanc. Massive notes of grapefruit and much more like a guertz or muscat grape. A misnomer on the same of the hop. This beer really highlights the hops more than anything I drank in NZ. There is considerable malt backbone, but never had I had a single hopped IPA where the hops performed so well.
