[10/15/13] Hand-pump at Brasserie 4:20 in Rome. Hazy amber. Aroma of wood, some sour funk and some citrus. Sour woody flavor, a bit sweaty, with some lemon, a bit of vinegar, a bit of sweetness and a bone dry finish with a bit of alcohol. Medium-bodied. Decent.

From tap, 250ml at Schouskjelleren. Apricot coloured body, slightly hazy. Firm, near white head. Tart and sweet aroma with a touch of farmyard. Rather complex flavour profile with honey sweetness playing together with tart fruit on a backbone of earthiness. Subdued sourish ending. A little mealy on the palate. Overall a nice cleanser (Oslo, 10.12.2012).

On tap at Schouskjelleren. Slightly hazy deep golden to amber with an off-white head. Aroma of vinegar, barnyard, fruits, some malt with some yeasty notes. Quite sour with some notes of wood, balsamic vinegar and raisins. Dry and sour finish with a pleasant bitterness. Medium body. Sour and refrereshing! (2012-11-28)

Hand pump at 4:20. Nice hop nose: tropical fruits, peaches, grapefruits, plus some caramel malts. Bitter, sour, and sweet flavors, with honey, citrus, and creamy yogurt. Finish is very bitter. Body is light and a bit thin. Good.
