Draught at the brewpub. Dark amber to medium brown, murky, with a low, fine head. Spicy caramel nose, fresh plums, cinnamon and spices. Flavor os cinnamon, chocolate, caramel, fresh fruits. Finish is rather bitter, from spice and hop. Crisp and light, with just a bit of harsness there, but good. I would use a touch less spice, but it tastes like Japanese nikki and it works.
