Flaske 330ml. Delt med Rune på Nerstranda 11 Feb 15. Gyldenbrun. Medium høyt luftig skum som daler. God plommearoma. Smaken det samme. Antydning til alkohol.

330 ml bottle. Unclear orange body with a big, lasting, creamy off-white head. Very fruity aroma, oranges, peaches, canned fruit, yeast and hint of malt. Flavor has also a lot of fruitiness similar to aroma, also some pleasant zest bitterness and light caramel malt. Fine body and long lasting fruity aftertaste. Not too typical Saison, still very nice and refreshing.

Bottle, thanks Silenzi. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma and taste of yeast, citrus, grass and light spices. The finish was dry and bitter. A descent one.

Bottle 330ml @ Geokkjer
Pours hazy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, citrus and yeast. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long yeasty, citrus and slightly caramel finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. An unclear, dark golden-orange beer topped by a dense, finger-thick off-white head. Nice lacings. The aroma is sugary and fruity, quite peachy and lighlty lemony, with a faint peppery touch. Sort of mango-ish, with canned pineapples syrup. The flavor is pretty much the same, a bit too sweet, but with a nice bitterness. Medium to full body, pleasant carbonation level. Lasting fruity, sweet finish with a nice bitterness to deal with the sweetness. Weird this one, but quite nice as it is downed. 141011

33 cl. bottle obtained in a trade with Dedollewaitor. Thx! Beautiful whisky-lie dark amber. Nose this oily pine resin bitterness with light biscuit. Taste is very bitter, huger oily pine resin oily hops, very bitter, hp bitterness goes into almost medicinal herbal, touch bark hop bitter, faint yoghurt yeast, mort BE-like than saison, herbal, orange, oily, light biscuit, lightly boozy, strange for a saison, sugar, very oily. Very bitter. More like a strange IPA-hybrid than a saison. Odd beer but agreeable.

On tap at the Taphouse, Copenhagen. Cloudy amber pour with a white head. Spicy-fruit nose. Lots of fruit and spice in the flavour. Not bad.

Small white cover over amberish orange beer, faint haze. Seawater - whiff of iodine - fragrant aromatic hops, grain, faint garden herbs. Bitter-ish, citrus (mainly orange peel), dry herbs and spices. The last, especially retronasal, reminds me of chamomile. Moderate burning MF, prickly carbonation, slickness, medium bodied. More APA than saison in my book, but who cares? It’s a nice beer.
