Bottle from Wine of Dreams. One of my favorite RIS. Piekna bardzo ciemno brazowa piana, srednio trwala, geste i oleista ciecz czarna jak smola wylana na czarna droge przy bezgwiednej nocy. Aromat czekolady mlecznej, lodow waniliowych, troche jakby koziego mleka?. A smak potega likierowego harakteru, maslane ciastka oblane mleczna czekolada, troche mleka kokosowego, kawa, likierowy wysokiej jakosci alkohol w typie wzmacnianego wina jak Porto, kremowe slodkie ale przyjemne, ale przy tej potedze smaku alkohol niewyczuwalny, dochodza w dalszej fazie chmiele ktore probuja przebic sie przez gesta struktore tego piwa. Doskonale i bardzo wyraziste piwo, Smak pozostaje na dlogo a alkohol przyjemnie rozgrzewa. Niemal perfekcja i nie ma sie czego przyczepic a sadzilem ze to znow jakas naciagana ocena przez amerykanow. 0.33 l bottle from ’Dranken Geers’, best before February 2026. Pitch black with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty aroma of milk chocolate, lots of vanilla, some coffee and a touch of hazelnut. Very sweet, malty and slightly roasty taste of milk chocolate, lots of vanilla, milk coffee, a bit of hazelnut and a touch of dark ripe fruits, followed by a medium long, quite roasty-bitter, maybe minimally warming-alcoholic finish. Full body, creamy to oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very tasty! Not overly complex, but quite intense and satisfying. Nice dessert beer!

BOTTLE 33 CL. Inky black, thick mocha head. Sweet molasses, some vanilla and marshmallow, light booze and not much coffee. Rich yet easy drinking. Not very sophisticated malts, but the boozy spicy and hoppy bitterness feels just right and provides the necessary complexity. Really good.

Aroma: dark roasted malt, sweet fruits and vanilla. Flavour: Dark roasted malt with coffee and chocolate and a fruity sweetness with vanilla. Aftertaste is roasted malt and dry bitter. Shared 11.2 oz. bottle. Pours very dark brown, almost black with a small dark chocolatey head. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate and vanilla. Taste is roasted malt, chocolate vanilla, coffee, and booze. Finish is sweet and warming. Full-bodied. Magnificent.

Tap at Erzbierschof Zurich. Super crazy sweet vanilla extract, like a milk shake or ice cream. But artificial. Crazy sweet and sticky, but almost purely vanilla. Long sweet sticky finish. I mean... Yeah, this is crazy intense. Too much actually, as all complexity gets lost.

Black with small beige head. Aroma full of licorice, vanilla, chocolate, coffee, raisins, alcohol. Taste is full of licorice, chocolate with alcoholic finish. Didn’t notice vanilla in taste. Full body, low carbonation. Very smoothy, creamy. Semi dry. Absolutely fantastic beer.
