Finally! It's ten years from our first trade at BGB, Imro. Enormous thanks for this small big bottle, now well aged. Bottle 0.25l. Hazy, dark copper colored. AROMA- raisins, plums, strawberry, caramel, jam, brandy. FLAVOR- sweet, smooth bitterness, warming to hot alcohol, still pleasant, berries, cherry, strawberry, my father's homemade cherry liqueur, caramel, dark chocolate, a bit earthy. Full, thick body.
Great, simply great.

2021 Vintage Edition Bottle. 250ml. Nice and small neck bottle. Piana zolta, niemal pomaranczowa, niewielka, opada szybko i jasnieje a opada do pol cm i sie utrzymuje do konca degustacji i mojego szalenstwa, czyli wypicia az 200ml tej lepkiej deserowej cieczy z Trencina. Oliwki w tle tak oleistosc i zielone oliwki nja samiutki koniec, zasypane cynamonem i brazowym cukrem

Bottle, Vintage edition 2017. Malty aroma, plums, dates, figs, caramel, light spicy notes. Tastes the same as aroma, light to medium sweet, light bitter, warming alcohol. Full body, malty fruity bitter sweet finish with chocolate and warming alcohol notes. Good.

Bottle as courtesy from Pivný raj, thank you! Winter is coming. Forget about glühwein grog and other drinks common for Christmas markets as now this is something. Rich aroma offering plums, raisins, dark chocolate. The same you may find in sweet, rich and complex full body. Do you believe that beer is good only for warm days? Wrong! As decent alcohol in here will warm you up. Why it's only 0.25? Excellent.

F: no real. C: dark, opaque. A: nutty, bit toffee, dark caramel, cherries, figs, bit alcohol, dried fruits, bit coffee, honey, chocolate, bit red wine. T: oily mouthfeel, warming alcohol, coffee, espresso, chocolate, cherries, bit toffee, sweet but not cloying, huge malty, very good balanced, full body, almost no carbonation, I don’t understand rates under 3.3 here, this is really great beer, rate # 2400, vintage 2017, 25cl bottle from Pivný raj bottle shop in Bratislava, Slovakia.

Bottle, 250 ml, courtesy of Miro. Shared with him and JFK10000. Pours deep amber to brown with small tan head. Caramel, malty, cookies, rum, dried fruit, some coffee notes, quite sweet. Medium to full bodied. Warming, but alcohol is not too offensive. Good stuff.

Jan. ’16. A 0.25 l bottle from 100 piv, Bratislava. It poured light hazy brown body with a tiny head. Lightly sweet, medicinal, woody, rubber and harsh caramel aroma. Flavor was sweet and quite alcoholic, too. Hay, grain, caramel, some honey... A bit messed up all in all. Medium to full body with oily palate and long, sweet and alcoholic finish. I wouldn’t guess it’s close to 17% though. Not bad, but, as stated, messed up without its dominant direction.

0,25l bottle at home shared with a friend, bought from drinkshop.sk. BB date missing. a gusher this one. smells strong of marzipan, some wood, quite alcoholic, liqueurish, spices, slivovice, bit glueish. quite alcoholic smell but still quite nice. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of dried fruits, raisins, marzipan, nutty, wood, some warming alcohol, sherry, rice pops, light coconut. finishes rather alcholic with quite a lot of marzipan and nuts, with some sherry and sweetness. quite interesting one, very very alcoholic but overall still quite enjoyable, i like it.
