Bottle at Taps Beer Bar, Mont Kiara. Poured a clear dark brown with a round frothy light tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, chocolate, light dry coffee. The flavour is moderate liqourice bitter, light sweet with a big rich smooth alcoholic malt liqourice palate. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation. Just like an impy stout should be.

22oz bomber. Thick unfiltered brown-black body. Respectable rusty beige head. Bitter coffee, chocolate in the aroma. Pretty good Imperial Stout. A nice hoppy balance to the massive caramel and chocolate malt tones. Straightforward, clean for the style, not overly sticky or hot. Drinkable, well executed.

Bottle at Paul’s "Blind" imperial stout tasting. Pours black with tan head. Nose and taste of well roasted chocolate malts and coffee. Body is on the thinner side for an imperial. Finishes slightly dry chocolate.
