F: big, white, good retention. C: dark gold, clear. A: malty, grainy, grassy, hint of alcohol, caramel, bread. T: malty, caramel, bread, grassy hint of alcohol, smooth mouthfeel, very drinkable, medium full body, normal carbonation, OK for this beer style nothing expect here more, 50cl can from Coop in shopping centre Serfontana in Morbio Inferiore in Switzerland.

pours a clear golden with a quickly disappearing white head and some lacing. weak aroma of malt, bread, and sugar. flavour of bread, malts, leaves. smooth, sweetish, slightly bitter finish. alcohol is well hidden. not too bad for a strong lager.

Canned 500ml. -from Coop (near) Verbier, Switzerland. Golden coloured, medium sized white head, dust and light alcohol in the nose. Sweet malty, grassy, light cereals and alcohol but surprisingly not so sweet as I’ve expected to be. Short sweetish finish. Not offensive but not my glass of beer.

Bei dem Auftritt dieses Biers in der schwarzen Dose, hatte ich schon Angst, dass es sich um ein süßes Alkoholwasser handelt, wie viele miese osteuropäische Bockbiere. Auch wenn der Alkoholgehalt deutlich bemerkbar ist, so hat es doch eine spürbare Aromentiefe, die gar nicht übel ist. Für Bockbierfans sicher interessant.

Pours a yellow to orange clear color. Sweet upfront taste . Notes of sweet grains, honey, caramel, caramel malts. Earthy and bready yeasts. End is hoppy bitter. Light bitterness. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Sweet honey, mild bitter aftertaste.
