Clear gold beer, untidy bubbly white head. Palate is light, semi dry and crispy. Bready pale malts, bready with crusts! Modest lager character. Hops bring mild marmalade and a trace of lemon. A mildly sweetening floralness and a trace of ester before a tangy finish. Decent.

Keg @ Microbar, Manchester. Golden with a thin head. A fairly standard lager which is somewhat dry tasting in the palate. Not too stated in any nose or flavour but crisp enough to drink.

Bottle from The Beerhive. Clear golden body with a fluffy white head that slowly fades. Low carbonation. Light lacing. Aroma of grain, white bread and damp Rich Tea biscuit. Flavour of straw, cereal and grass. Thin body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. There’s not much to it, but this is a clean, simple Lager.

On tap @ the Craft Beer Rising event at Drygate brewery. This was definitely more in the helles than the pils style. There’s a good malt level with delicate rather than agressive bitterness. Happy to drink this.
