Draft at Craftheads. Achel bruin like, bit fruity, plums and raisins, doughy. Quite interesting. Touch of sourness, oud bruin style, cherry maybe. Almond at the end. Good stuff

27th May 2015: on tap at Pizza Port, Carlsbad. Dark old gold body, off white topping. Caramelised fruit nose with a taste not unsimilar in nature, mild nutty trace within the flavour with the raisins also showing a little, Different and interesting, liked the alcohol level too, suited the beer and did effect the overall feel and drinkability.

Keg at PP OB, 13/11/14. Dark chestnut brown with a decent beige covering. Nose is rich dark fruit, spice, dates, plummy depths, toffee. Taste comprises rich fruit cake, dates, figs, spice, toffee, candied, fruit, yeast notes. Medium + body, fine carbonation, lightly warming alcohol in the close. Decent enough quad.

Dark brown color. Very yeasty, dry malty nose with lots of candy sugar, fairly sweet. Very malty, dark fruit, brown sugar, and slightly strong. Well balanced, but slightly lacking character. Still very nice.
