This summer seasonal ale is a newer style of ale using malted rye giving the ale its unique flavor that is complimented with a light hopping.

Tap at the brewpub. Nice enough, easy drinking, with just a little rye funk. Bit fruity. --- Beer merged from original tick of Quality Rye on 09 Sep 2019 at 16:05 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7. Draft @ the brepub. Pours a clear pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a sweetish malty grainy caramel aroma. Sweetish malty grainy rye flavor with some weak hoppy hints. Has a malty grainy finish with a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Draft. A golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of grass, and so is the flavor, leading to a dry bitter finish.

tap at the brewpub - Pours yellow with a one finger head. The malt and rye aroma was mild but pretty good. The flavor matched the malt and rye as well as the light overall tone of this beer. It was too thin on the palate, but had a crisp finish.
