12 oz bottle poured. Pours a dark reddish snow globe with a swirl fizz head. Spiced heavy malt aroma with a sweet caramel front flavor. Nice roasted finish. Solid winter beer here.

Bottle from Brewers Haven. Not getting much out of this, other than a brown ale with a bit too much hoppiness. Super dry, chalky finish. Nice pour with small fluffy head and rings of lacing, but that’s its lone redeeming quality. At 6.4%, its not even that much of a warmer.

22oz bottle pours a translucent, garnet amber with some spitty, off white head. Nose has mild spice, malt, a little bread, mild raisin. Flavor has orange, raisin, mild soap, malt, mild spice. Finishes a bit oily.

Pour is a dark red with a small tan head. Aroma is slight chocolate malt with some toffee and tobacco. Flavor is dry and roast malts with again an ever so slight chocolate. Follow up flavors are caramel and toffee with almost a spicy rye earthiness. This was decent and on the low end of ABV for a winter warmer which made for a good weekday drink.

Bomber thanks to MikeJ. Pours a dark brown color with a medium beige head. A sweet nose of roast and chocolates. The flavor really comes in like a nice Porter with roast, coffee, deep sweet malts, dry, light earth. Very enjoyable, I’d like to try this again. Something between a BW and Porter.
