Tap at BCS. Interesting, more fruity than malty but bit of sweet malt lurking. Honey, peach and mango. Not how I expected, but I like it.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear amber color with a medium white head. A smooth clean caramel nose with some floral hops. The flavor is similar: perfume, clean dry earthy caramel toasted malts, some sweetness, berries. Nice beer, drinkable.

A golden ESB with a thin off white head. In aroma, a light sweet malt with herbal hops. In mouth, a smooth herbaceous hops, over caramel malt, quite nice and well done. On tap at the brewpub, July 30 2011.

Pale amber color, small white head. Light nutty nose. Weak, watery palate. Light hoppyness, some citrus, but where are the flavors? Not very ESBish.

Draught. Poured amber gold with thick white head. Light but pleasant aroma, medium body, malt with a good hop edge. Lasting hop finish. Not suitable with spice foods, but would be good with something like fish and chips.
