Tap at Multi Qlti. Initially seems pretty fruity but not sure how saison like. Further down can feel the yeast start working. Gets lightly funky and slightly milky. Not very grainy. My first Polish saison and I like it! Peach, and a bit herbal in the aroma. Good stuff.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, reddish, dark amber colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Fruity and yeasty, slightly herbal aroma, hints of red currant rest on an unspecific vegetable basis, maybe cooked savoy, celery root with a cautious peppery touch. Taste is dry, fruity, dusty herbal-spicy yeasty and slightly bitter, minimally tart hints of red currant, mild vegetable basis, a peppery touch, wheaty interludes with a touch of banana. Not bad.
