At the brewery, taster from plank. Near clear orangey amber with thin white head. Sweet malts, caramel, fudge, leathery, light spices, cloves. Quite sweet and moderate bitter. Not Rerires anymore. Sampeld 19.juli2017. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy sligtly sour aroma. Light bitter slightly acetic flavor. A bit off? Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Pelgrim Rotterdams Dubbellam ].ABV: 7.0%. Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, sugary, light to moderate yeasty, phenol. Initial flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter, finish flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, sharp, sweet malt, caramel, yeast bitter, candy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft - lively. [20150117]

Bottle, 7%. Dark amber/orange with medium tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, nut, fruit, hop and a little toasted. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, nut, bread, little over carbonated, medium sweet, toasted, hop and bitter.

Draught @ Nederlands Speciaalbier Festival Den Bosch 2014. Hazy red color, small off-white to beige head. Smell and taste malts, sweetness, lightly candy, some fruits like plums and lightly grapes. Medium body and carbonation. Not bad.

Draft at meibockfestival. Pours hazy amber brown with an off white head. Aroma of yeast, caramel and dough. Flavour is over moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.
