Ach diese Trappistenbiere muss man einfach lieben - und das hier schaut auch noch wunderhübsch aus, mit seiner kleinen Schaumhaube über dunkelrotem Kupfertrunk. Supersüffig, malzig, dunkle Beeren und Rosinen, geiles Teil.

330ml bottle. Brown, off-white head, good retention. Aroma of caramel malts, sweetness, stone fruits, raisins. Taste of sweet malts, caramel, raisins, some chocolate, moderate to full bodied and that harsh carbonation. Good beer but not great.

Bottle at home, dark brown beer, small head. Aroma is malt, caramel, sweet fruit, raisins, hint of chocolate, always a good choice
