500ml bottle (BB 28th Aug 2025), drank at home on 19th June 2025. Poured into a glass tankard it looked great, bright chestnut body, off-white crown on top. Malty aroma with a spicy twist, taste also malty with some dark fruit flavours coming through. Really enjoyed this one, last beer of the night.

Bottle. Didn't feel like a bitter. Was much more interesting. Dark fruits, boozy but without big body. Interesting earthy taste, lightly spicy. --- Beer merged from original tick of Wilder Ness (3.9% Bitter) on 09 Sep 2019 at 16:02 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 8. Cask at Churchkey. Clear golden color, few bubbles. Aroma of citrus and mango. Taste has tropical fruit and caramel. Very fruity for a bitter.

Some light citrus and pepper. Pours mahogany clear without much head on cask. Light tangy mash finish. Cask at Churchkey, and I think it’s a few days old now.

Tried at the Three Horseshoes, Waddington. Amber colour with a white head. Very easy to drink, and has a light fruity hop finish.

Cask, half shared with Finn at Alexandra Hotel. Deep copper coloured body. Beige head, spotty lacing. Pine and dark malty nose. Mixed taste of pine needles, caramel and sappy orange. Bittersweet finish. Good beer that drinks very well (Derby 19.02.2016).
