Bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus. Very dark brown color, full sized beige to slightly brown head that lasts for a long time and leaves superb lacing. Aroma is malts, some hops. Taste malts, dark malts, hops, bitter. Not roasty enough to be a real Black IPA, but certainly a nice beer.

Very fruity, hoppy aroma quite like blackcurrants and red fruits. Again a sweet fruity flavour with lots of berries. Balanced hop bitterness.

Bottle split at Bruce’s Tavern, big thanks to Kenny although this CDA finder takes minor credit for being his informant on this one, 08/04/14. Watcha got for me today Rocket ? Well Kenny, word has it there’s a new Seedy Eh goin on at that Etre Gourmet gaff. Really, how much is it worth ? About 4 Euro to you guv and a cheeky rate by me. Ok, I’ll see you right on this one, keep your Cascadian nose clean you guttersnipe! Murky mahogany brown with a moderate beige covering that stays for the performance. Nose is jammy berry fruit, the Ribena berry showgirls, light smoke, earthy hops, pine pa pang. Taste comprises light smoke, roasty twang, jammy berry fruits, pine, dusty hops, light cocoa. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid CDA ticking each and every style box.

Tasting at Bruce’s Pad. Opaque dark brown beer, good pale cream coloured head. Palate is soft and airy with fine carbonation. Very mild dark malts and airy malt cream. Nice hops - mix of sweetish pine and tropical fruits. Finishes smooth. Liked this! Smooth and soft and fruity.

Bottle shared in London - thanks to Kenny. Pours clearish brown with a bubbly, tan head. Decent stuff, some toasty bread, sugary citrus, moderate roast, some oily pine. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly resinous to finish with slight alcohol, ripe orange, bread, a bit of earth. Nice one.

It pours cloudy dark brown with a thick tan head. The nose is pine needles, earth, toast, citrus peel, soapy and light minty notes. The taste is roasted malt, earth, coffee, toast, peppery notes, decent bitterness, dirt, citrus peel and caramel with a dry, earthy finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Good balance. Pretty nice.

33cl bottle at Põrgu, Tallinn (served in original tasting glass). Pours pretty dark brown with a small, but lasting beige head. Moderate malty aroma with dominating hoppy notes. Roasty notes are present, but citrus, pine and tropical fruits are more dominating - especially the fruits. Anyway a pleasant and easy to drink BIPA.
