Bottle, half a year past BB. Hazy copper, golden creamy foam. Perfumed hops, a hint oxidation I probably would not have noticed if I did not know the age of the bottle. Medium body, mellow sparkly chewy moutheel. Somewhat dry grain, malt juiciness, bisquits, grassy, lightly floral, very nice balance. Hops have degraded a little bit, but the nice dry crackerlike malt body more than males up for it - very nice.

Heller, süßlich hopfiger Antrunk. Kaum erkennbar alkoholisch, trocken würzig, die Hopfigkeit bleibt angenehm. Süffig, nett. 10/11/9/9/9/9

(bottle) Hazy, amber colour with a short and off-white foamy head. Yeasty, bready malty aroma with notes of caramel, backed by resiny and herbal hops. Bitter-sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Soft malt character with traces of caramel and a good dash of resiny and herbal hops, accompanied by further yeasty spice; dry-ish, moderately hop bitter and mildly malty finish with a spicy, almost a tad ethereally tail. Fairly good. 19.V.16

750ml bottle. Cloudy pinkish dark golden colour with huge, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Unspecific fruity and minimally piney, hoppy aroma. Taste is minimally to moderately sweet malty, unspecific fruity, dry to bitter piney hoppy, cautious malt basis; notes of paper - maybe a hint of oxidation. Unusual Bock with the feature of a successful matching of malt sweetness and piney hop touch.

Bottle: Hazy, light amber coloured, bigger stable loose off-white head, piney-hoppy and fruity-malty nose; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, auite light bodied for a beer of 7.0%, but nevertheless pretty soft; lingering fruity-piney finish with a distinctive bitterness in the aftertaste. Unusual, but quite nice Bock…
