Das Dunkle Weizen – märchenhaft malzig und mild! Die köstlich-hefige Note macht aus dem gehaltvollen, schokoladigdunklen Bier einen herrlich erfrischenden, prickelnden Genuss!

Smooth and fresh brew. Nice smooth yeastyness, not too much malt there, slightly bitter in the aftertaste. Mild, could have more dark malt, round.

Lahev: Hazy, chestnut-amber coloured, big - beaten-egg-white-like - very stable off-white head; clean nose: fruits, wheat, toasted malt and caramel; sweet-sourish flavour with a mild, but decent bitterness, nearly medium bodied and really soft; sourish-caramelly finish, a slight bitterness is detectable in the aftertaste. Very pleasant…

Röstig hefiger Antrunk, mild. Das Bier bleibt mild, kaum hefig, kaum frisch. Im Mittelteil herber, etwas röstiger. Laffer Abgang. 8/8/7/7/8/8

Slightly sour aroma. Sharp carbonation. A bit watery at first, sharp and almost salty. Fairly simple body, not as sludgy as some dunkels.
