(bottle) Clear, light-amber colour with a medium-sized off-white foamy head. Slightly nutty caa-malty aroma with a shy soapy touch. Moderately sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Initially sweet cara-malty with bready and nutty accents; sweet malt-accented finish with a restrained bitter hoppy touch. Nevertheless a drinkable Märzen/Spezial. 07.I.14

bottle from Finkbeiner Laupheim. Clear deep golden colour, visible lively carbonation, creamy and stable white head. Full-bodied, pleasant and intensive malty base with some grassy-resiny hops in the finish. A shy touch of fruit/apple is detectable throughout. A good one.
