Ins Glas ergießt sich ein dunkel rötlichbraunes Bier mit schöner Schaumkronne. Geruch röstmalzig, Karamell, leicht schokoladig. Geschmack röstmalzig, schokoladig, minimal würzig.

Draught @ BBF13. Pours clear copper brown with small off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and caramel. Sweetish, malty and caramellish flavour with notes of hops and dried fruit. Rough and sweetish aftertaste. Nice.

500ml bottle. Clear reddish mahogany colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Dark malty aroma with a toffee note, a nuttily touch. Taste is minimally dry dark malty, subtle sweetness with hints of caramel and toffee, dry hoppy overtones. OK.

Draught at BBF12. Clear chestnut colour. Stable off-white head. The flavour is mildly sweet, nicely caramelly. Slightly roasted finish, but overall sweet and malty. Low to medium bitterness. 6 3 6 3 15

Clear orange brown coloured with a medium sized beige head. Malty aroma of hay. Sweet and malty flavour of caramel, bread and dried fruits with notes of hops and liquorice. Hoppy finish

Draft @ Berlin beer festival 2011. Brune claire, col beige. Arôme est malte et grillé avec une belle note de torréfaction. Palais est sec avec un très beau profile de malt grillé le tout se mélangeant avec un houblon qui laisse en bouche une fine amertume citronnée qui ajoute un peu de complexité.

Bottled. Deep amber colour with big beige foamy head. Aroma is caramel malts, some slight toasted notes as well as dark dry fruits and some mild vegetably notes. Flavour is strong on the cooked vegetables and also has some mild burnt notes as well as grass and grains.
