From bottle at Die Weisse brewpub, Salzburg.
Orange, hazy body, with a big, lacing, frothy, white, head.
Light aroma of yeast, hay, grains, spices, subtle fruits.
Taste is quite watery, with about the same aromas and some more bready notes.
Light, slick mouthfeel, with a soft carbonation.
Finishes grainy and a bit spicy
Typical alcohol free Weizen, watery and one-dimensional, missing the malt body. But I’ve had worse.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, süß, getreidig. Geschmack hefig, gereidig süß, wässrig fruchtig.
