0.5 l bottle from 'Mein-Biershop.de', best before March 2022. Hazy, golden amber with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently yeasty-spicy, a little fruity-floral aroma of banana, some clove and a touch of pear. Slightly sweet, gently yeasty-spicy, a bit fruity-floral taste of banana, some clove and a touch of grains, followed by a short, gently yeasty-spicy, quite dry finish. Thin to medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Quite tasty for below 3% abv, have had Weizen with more alcohol and less flavour.

Semi-dark, hazy orange-brown color, medium-sized white head. Overriped banana, light grainy notes in the aroma. Light-bodied. Some citrus, light cellar, light banana in the finish. Also something which may be what someone describes "sulphur". Very watery although decent in its ABV.

Bottle: Deep golden, stable creamy off-white head, phenolic wheat and vegetables in the mineralic nose; light bodied, very soft, not watery, light sweetish-sourish flavour; short but smooth sourish finish, wheat and certain fruits underneath, some malt detectable. One of the drinkable light Weizens…

(bottle) Cloudy, deep golden colour with a huge, dense and slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly clovy wheat-malty aroma with shy fruity notes and a touch of sulphur. Slightly sweet and sour flavour, light bodied with a very lively mousseux. Slim but present wheaty base with light notes of citrus; slightly sour wheaty finish with notes of cloves and sulphur. Not that great, even for a light one. 19.XI.11
